The Stedelijik Museum of Amsterdam has over one hundred years of history and is well-known for its prominent art collections of 20-thcentury. The exhibition introduces the essence of these collections as well as the art history of the 20th century. Many styles of absract art were born during the beginning of the century. We exhibit the representative pieces of the period, devided into six different categories according to their historical background and their methods and styles. You can enjoy 65 pieces by 54 artists. They include; Van Gogh, Cezanne,Chagall, Mondrian, de Kooning, Rothko, Lichtenstein, Schnable,Kirchner Ernst Ludwig, Dubuffet Jean, Pollock Jackson,Newman Barnett,Fabro Luciano, Chia Sandro.
